Admission Policies

☆ Admission to the venues is subject to tickets being produced at the Box Office.
☆ Children above 1.2m or more than 6 years old are admitted. 

Children's Concert: Children more than 2 years old are admitted.

Each audience should have a ticket regardless the age.

☆ Ticket holder is not admitted considering any correction, damage of the ticket, or blots on it.
☆ For the enjoyment of our audience, all performances start promptly at the time printed on the ticket. Please be seated at least 15 minutes before the performance starts. Late seating will be offered during the first appropriate pause (if any) of the program at the discretion of venue management staff. For the convenience of latecomers, the performance in progress may be viewed and heard on monitors in the lobby outside the hall.

Cloakroom

☆ Bags or other personal items may be left at the Cloakroom at the Golden Tree Foyer. The Cloakroom is only open when there are ticketed performances within the Concert Hall and the Theatre Studio.

☆ Please remember to switch off your mobile phone prior to the performance start time.
☆ Photography, filming or recording are not allowed without permission.
☆ Please kindly reserve your applause until the end of the entire work.
