Box Office
Located on the left side of the southern entrance on the first floor, the box office not only offers ticketing service, but also provides the audience with the latest program brochure and information about other events. The inquiry and admission service to the club of MUSIC LOVERS is also available here.

VIP Room
Owning 4 deluxe VIP rooms ranging from 40 to over 100 square meters, each room is well-decorated with paintings and artistic articles that present a dense cultural atmosphere. These rooms provide VIPs with excellent service. Meanwhile, it is an ideal place for small-scaled high-class conferences.

Dressing Room
There are 20 dressing rooms in the Symphony hall for conductors, concertmasters, soloists, instrument players and chorus members. All rooms are equipped with fine dressing tables, wardrobes and bathrooms which also provides the functions of resting, instrument practising, vocal training and costume saving. There is also an upright piano in each dressing room for conductors and soloists.

Audience Lounge
Located on the second floor in front of the Cloak Room and covering 270 square meters, the Golden Tree Foyer is also considered as the Audience Lounge where bar counter and couches are equipped for audiences to have a rest. It's also an ideal area to hold exhibitions and product launch ceremonies.　

Café & Bars
You can enjoy typical and delicious Yue cuisine in the Chinese dining room locating on the right side of the southern gate of the concert hall. Another good choice for is the 1000-square-meter bar with fantastic European-styled decoration. You will easily find it under the glass wall of the concert hall which is to the south of the Symphony Hall.

Car Park
Car parking is not a tough issue at Shenzhen Concert Hall. Owning a car park for 58 vehicles above ground and an underground garage for 225 cars, we provide you with convenient parking service.
